ST Welding Company is a structural steel erection and welding contractor based in Surprise, Arizona. We erect frameworks, set tilt-up panels, and fabricate canopies, staircases, and mezzanines for commercial and industrial projects across the state. Steel is demanding, unforgiving work, and we've built the company around doing it well: welded to code, set true, and finished safe. That focus is what our customers come to us for.

No Shortcuts

Safety is not a matter of chance, it's discipline. On a structural steel site the margin for error is thin, so our crews plan the lift, check the rigging, and follow safe practices every single day, with no shortcuts and no exceptions. Getting everyone home the same way they arrived matters more than any deadline. It's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it isn't up for negotiation.

The Details Hold

Steel doesn't hide mistakes. A connection that isn't plumb, a weld that isn't sound, a panel that isn't braced right, all of it shows eventually. So we check our work as we go, weld to AWS standards, and don't call a job done until it actually is. We treat every project like it carries our name, because it does, and the first impression is the one that lasts.

Our welders are qualified to the American Welding Society's structural welding code and verified by radiographic testing.

A licensed Arizona welding contractor through the state Registrar of Contractors, authorized to perform commercial welding work across Arizona.

Licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to erect structural steel and aluminum, from framing to complete structures.

OSHA Safety Certified


Our crews work to Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards, because a safe site is a non-negotiable part of every job.

Our welder qualifications cover all positions, including vertical and overhead, so connections are made to code wherever they fall on the structure.

ST Welding was founded in 2020 by Juan Figueroa, who has spent his entire life in construction. Structural work and welding became his focus early on, and over eight years welding tilt-up panels and structural steel he built the skill and judgment the company runs on today. He started ST Welding to work the way he believes the trade should be worked: safely, carefully, and right the first time. It's a trade where there's always more to learn, and that mindset shapes how our crews approach every job.
